Reservation Policy
To book a tour, you will have to have completed the payment. In case of less than two, more than six persons or more than the recommended tour hours, for the integration of the booking, the full amount of the price must be wired to our bank account and an email with proof of payment or transaction receipt must be sent.
Until documentation is provided, all reservation dates will be open for anyone to claim.
Cancelation Policy
If the tour cannot take place due to force majeure, you will be issued a full refund. (A Force Majeure includes events such as war, pandemics, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.)
A full refund will also be take place for cancellation on our behalf due to unforeseen circumstances
Customers will receive a full refund within a 15 - day notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled tour date or in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will receive a 50% refund within a 14 to 8 - day notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled tour date.
Customers will receive no refund within 7 or fewer days’ notice of cancelation prior to the scheduled date. Please contact us by email for the cancelation.
No-shows will be charged the full price.
