Cancellation Policy
If the tour cannot take place due to force majeure, you will be issued a full refund. (A Force Majeure includes events such as war, pandemics, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.) A full refund will also be take place for cancellation on our behalf due to unforeseen circumstances Customers will receive a full refund within a 15 - day notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled tour date or in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will receive a 50% refund within a 14 to 8 - day notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled tour date. Customers will receive no refund within 7 or fewer days’ notice of cancelation prior to the scheduled date. Please contact us by email for the cancelation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
